It's the one at X567 Y636. If I go into the pause menu it stops, so I know it's something I have equipped, or some glitch in the game world that I can't figure out. and yes that location marker is too low there is another in the north thats placed too high you can only unclock it by flying the buzzer over it and hovering close to the ground. i forget the exact location. #3.
