Description. Medal of Honor is the first in the long-running series of World War II shooters, originally created by Steven Spielberg. The play assumes the role of Lt. Patterson who has to complete different tasks in the OSS. The missions vary from securing a small French village from any Nazi forces, to taking out a Heavy armored German rail gun.
Airborne will only work with the older version that thankfully comes with the downloaded game. Go to the install folder in the common/Medal of Honor Airborne section and you will find the install file for this compatible version. Install it once you have uninstalled any recent / newer versions on your system
When I first launched Medal Of Honor, I noticed a slight screen flicker (purple pixels across the screen) but was able to circumvent the problem by changing Color Depth to 16 bits. When I launch the expansions (Breakthrough and Spearhead) there is still an apparent screen flicker, no matter how much I change the settings in the game.

Whenever I aim down sights and move my mouse, my crosshair skips a few pixels. This makes aiming at distant enemies REALLY hard, and I haven't found any fixes anywhere.
